1. Introduction

GAMTpedia limited ("we", "our", "us") provides tools to search, generate, view, and save GAMT's for educational and creative purposes. These terms govern your use of all GAMTpedia platforms (website, web app, mobile app).

2. Account and Access

• All new users receive 20 free search credits upon signup.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting us at info@gamtpedia.com.

3. Search Credits (Free & Paid)

• Each GAMT^™ search that leads to successful results consumes 1 credit.
• Free and paid credits are tracked within your account.
• If you delete your account, all remaining credits (free or paid) will be permanently lost and are not refundable.

4. Course Purchases and Refund Policy

• Courses are digital products available for purchase on our website.
• You are entitled to a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days, courses are non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital goods.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Digital Goods and EU Consumer Law

By starting to view, download, or access digital content (e.g., GAMTs or courses), you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends upon content access.

This aligns with Article 16 of the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU).

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GAMT^™ for any illegal or abusive purposes
• Post or generate content that is discriminatory, violent, or offensive
• Attempt to access or tamper with GAMT^™ systems or accounts

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to the GAMTs you create.
• GAMT^™ owns the platform, codebase, branding, and any content it creates.
• By using the service, you grant GAMT^™ permission to display your GAMTs in your personal gallery or as part of platform promotion.

8. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By signing up, you consent to our data practices outlined there.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes through the app or email. Continued use implies agreement to the new terms.

General Policy

Exception Policy

The only exception to this policy is if a customer is unable to access the course content due to technical issues on our platform. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

1. Proof of Inaccessibility:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide sufficient evidence demonstrating their inability to access the course content. This may include, but is not limited to, screenshots, error messages, and other relevant documentation.

2. Submitting a Claim:

• If you believe you are unable to access the content, please contact our support team immediately at info@gamtpedia.com with the subject line "Access Issue - [Your Course Name]".
• Provide a detailed description of the problem, including the steps you have taken to try to access the content.
• Attach all necessary evidence, such as screenshots and error messages, to support your claim.

3. Review Process:

• Upon receiving your claim, our technical team will review the provided evidence.
• We may reach out to you for further information or clarification if necessary.
• The review process may take up to 10 business days.

4. Resolution:

If our team confirms that you are unable to access the content due to a fault on our end, we will either:

• Provide you with an alternative way to access the course content.
• Issue a refund if access cannot be restored, in compliance with RBI guidelines.
• If the issue is found to be due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customer's device compatibility, internet connection issues), no refund will be provided.
